What’s yoga club? It’s a group of us doing yoga things in a bite sized commitment.
Details:
8 week series. Same group of people every week for in person class so we can build on what we learned the week before. If you need to miss a week, you can attend via zoom or I’ll send the recorded class for you to take at your leisure. Maximum of 10 students per session.
Each Wed, we will meet from 6-7:15pm.
11/9, 16, 23, 30 and 12/7, 14, 21, and 28
Next series themes are wide open to meet the interests/needs of the bodies in the room. Some ideas I’m possibly excited about if anyone else is interested: asana and pranayama , mantra, strong asana flow with a restorative comedown, nervous system regulation, classical Hatha yoga, or maybe an inversion series? These are just ideas. Come at me with yours if you’d like a group class that has a little more focus than a regular drop in class. We can meet the needs of everyone in the room because it’s an intimate class.

Covid precautions: We are practicing in a well ventilated room with a large open window and a ceiling fan. Should you wish to mask, I will always adapt the sequence to support that choice. I am happy to mask for any hands on assists, as well. This series is also available via zoom for anyone who prefers to attend virtually for any reason. Please stay home and practice virtually or mask even if you just have a cold .
