Join Kendra for 3 hours of restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, and journaling prompts to help uncover what drives your being.
This workshop is appropriate for most bodies*. Experienced yoga practice is not at all necessary. Restorative yoga is highly accessible and tends to invite deep relaxation for the practitioner. Yoga Nidra is translated as yogic sleep, and invites a whole other level of relaxation where we are often able to receive messages from the Self more clearly. This workshop is limited to 12 bodies to ensure plenty of individual attention; however there is a virtual option as well, for those who prefer to practice from their homes. You will need a bolster, a blanket and blocks or hardback books if you are practicing from home.
