A healthy relationship with the menstrual cycle leads to a healthy relationship with the body and, for those seeking conception, a healthy pregnancy. Learn practices to support a body (your own or others’) throughout a person’s moon cycle, as well as anatomy and natural ways to treat symptoms including yoga asana, vaginal steaming, ancestral menstrual practices, seed cycling, and more. This module is appropriate for all menstruating bodies, whether they wish to conceive or not.
Join participants for the Full Moon Training for the first module as a freestanding workshop and focus on supporting your menstrual cycle. We will cover the anatomy of menstruation, but this is not your typical health class taught by the P.E. teacher. We’ll discuss decolonizing the uterus and our relationship to this personal and shared experience of cycling every month. You will learn with and from Kendra Potter, founder of Sistermoon Wellness and Justene Sweet of Mother Fox Herbals.
